Both sessions are fully online. No prior experience needed — only a body and a breath.

1:1 Breathwork
A guided one-to-one session built around where you are that day. Before we begin, we talk — what's going on, what you're carrying, what you need. Then I guide you through a specific breathing sequence designed to bring your nervous system out of high alert.
Functional breathwork addresses the mechanics — the way you actually breathe day to day, which for most people is shallow, fast, and dysregulating without them knowing it. Conscious-connected breathwork goes deeper: a continuous circular breath that activates the vagus nerve, shifts your body chemistry, and creates space for emotional release.
You'll close in stillness. The integration at the end is as important as the breathing itself — it's where the nervous system locks in the shift.
This session is for you if
- You're stressed, wired, or struggling to come down at the end of the day
- Sleep is broken, anxious thoughts won't stop, or your body won't settle
- You want to improve focus, energy, or emotional regulation
- You've tried meditation and found it frustrating
- You just want to learn how to breathe properly

Nervous System Reset
The signature session. Longer, deeper, and designed for people who are very good at being switched on. This is a full arc — breath, stillness, and integration woven together into one 75-minute down-regulation.
We open with a body scan and a check-in, then move through a longer breathwork sequence — typically a blend of functional mechanics and conscious-connected breathing — before closing in extended stillness. The additional time allows for deeper nervous system work and more complete integration.
Many clients find this session unlocks something the shorter session doesn't quite reach. If you've been running on high for a long time, this is where the body finally gets the signal that it's safe to stop.
