National Apprenticeship Week is a time to celebrate the hard work and achievements of apprentices across the UK. At ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, we are proud to celebrate two of our own apprentices, Georgia and Megan, who are both excelling in their respective fields.
Georgia, a former student of the trust's founding school, Windsor High School and Sixth Form, has successfully completed Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in Business Administration. The dedication and hard work Georgia demonstrates in her role at WAT Central, putting into practice all that she's learned during her apprenticeships, have resulted in her being employed full-time by the Trust. Georgia's apprenticeships have provided her with valuable skills in customer service and project management, and we couldn't be more proud of her progression. Georgia shared her thoughts on her journey in this short video clip:
Megan (pictured) joined the Trust in September 2022 as a Level 4 AAT Finance Apprentice and has quickly become a valuable asset to our finance team. Megan is also a former student of Windsor High School and Sixth Form and her passion for finance and eagerness to learn have contributed to her rapid growth and development in the role. With her drive and determination, Megan is gaining hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in finance, which will equip her with the necessary skills to become a leader in the industry.
Megan commented: "My apprenticeship at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ has been an incredible journey so far. I am constantly learning new things and I am grateful for the hands-on experience I am gaining, which is preparing me for a successful career in finance. I am so thankful for the supportive environment the Trust has provided for me to grow and develop my skills, and I am excited for what the future holds."
At ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, we believe in investing in our people, and that includes apprentices like Georgia and Megan. We are committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for them to learn and grow, and we are excited to see where their future will take them.
As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we want to recognise and celebrate the achievements of Georgia, Megan and all other apprentices who are contributing to the growth and development of their sectors. They are the future - and we are honoured to be a part of their journey.
We encourage everyone to consider the benefits of an apprenticeship. With hard work and dedication, an apprenticeship can lead to a successful and fulfilling career, just as it has for Georgia and Megan.
